Spring Cleaning Special

All appointments must be scheduled while availability lasts. Furnace tune-ups can be scheduled now, and AC/heat pump tune-ups can be scheduled beginning May 1. All tune-ups must be completed by May 31. Any additional repairs that may be needed will be completed at an additional flat rate fee.

Furnace Tune-Up Special
Includes Shipley Energy’s standard 16-point inspection and maintenance service and up to 2 hours of labor. Additional labor charges may apply for tune-ups that exceed two hours.

A/C Heat Pump Tune-Up Special 
This special includes Shipley Energy’s standard 16-point inspection and maintenance service and up to 1-¼ hours of labor. Refrigerant is not included in the special price and will be billed based on the quantity needed.
